About

Built for the person running the show.

Toastmode came out of a simple frustration: running a wedding ceremony is genuinely hard work, and the tools most toastmasters use are not built for it.

The problem we kept running into

A good toastmaster carries the whole room. They know the running order cold, they've briefed every speaker, and they know exactly when to step in. But the tools they use to prepare — spreadsheets, group chats, shared docs — were never designed for this kind of work.

Things fall through the cracks. Speakers don't know when they're on. The couple asks the same question three times. The timeline lives in four different places and none of them is current.

What we built instead

Toastmode is a focused tool for wedding toastmasters. You build the timeline, manage the speakers, and share the right information with the right people. The couple gets their own view. Each speaker gets their own invite link. You get a clear head on the day.

It is not trying to be a full event management platform. It does one thing well.

What we believe

Quiet tools

Software should reduce your cognitive load, not add to it. Toastmode is designed to stay out of your way.

Right information, right person

The couple sees the flow. The speaker sees their slot. You see everything. No more, no less.

Built on real weddings

Every feature came from something that actually went wrong (or almost did) at a real ceremony.
